Anadolu Efes became EuroLeague champions

Anadolu Efes became the EuroLeague 2021-22 season champions, winning the title two times in a row.

 

Anadolu Efes beat Real Madrid 58-57 in the final game played in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, and became the 2021-22 EuroLeague champions. Vasilije Micic was selected as Final Four MVP.

 

Vasilije Micic played for 37:28 in the final game and had 23 points, 2 rebounds, and 2 assists. Tibor Pleiss scored 19 points and 7 rebounds in 31:34 minutes of game time. Real Madrid finished the first quarter 1 point ahead of Anadolu Efes (15-14). In the second quarter, Real Madrid scored a 5-point advantage and closed the first half 34-29.
