What is Passolig?

Passolig is a card in which the tickets are loaded electronically, which is required by the Turkish Football Federation to be able to watch certain matches. This card must be obtained from the official Passolig page. Electronic tickets will be loaded on this card before the event. Users can enter the matches either with Passolig card or mobile application.

Can I buy tickets through biletwise without having Passolig card?

Yes you can. After making your ticket purchase through biletwise, you can apply for a Passolig card from www.passolig.com.tr. Once you have successfully submitted your application, your card will be open for electronic ticket transfer. Even if your card has not been delivered to you until the match day, you can enter the stadium with a mobile application or a you can get Single Entrance Pass from the stadium counters.

Do I have to pay extra to get a Passolig card?

Application for passolig card is chargeable and dues must be paid for passolig cards every year. Application and dues are not included in ticket prices and may vary between teams. For more information, please visit www.passolig.com.tr.

Which matches can I watch with my Passolig team card?

With the Passolig team card you can watch all the home games of the team you're supporting. You can only support your team on away matches by getting tickets from the “Away Team” section.
